Efficient Cleaning Tips For Your House!
Cleaning the House all at once instead of 1 room at a time
To be efficient when cleaning, if you pick one task, complete them in all the rooms, such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping. Rather than just cleaning one room at a time, grab your vacuum, for example, and clean all the rooms at once so you know this task is done. Doing this will prevent you from feeling like you are in a massive cleaning cycle and starting the same task again.
Put all cleaning supplies in a basket or caddy
Putting all tools needed to clean in one bucket. This way you can carry this around and be ready to clean with all your products next to you, this will make your cleaning tasks easier for you and to get the job done easier, and you won’t be wasting time going around looking for your cleaning products.
Cleaning the excess clutter
Before you start making a cleaning process, go room to room and clean up all the excess clutter laying around, put the stuff away so when it comes to dusting and cleaning and mopping that’s all you’ll have to do. When cleaning the clutter consider whether the stuff needs to be kept or chucked away.
Dusting and Vacuum
Before starting dusting, make sure all fans are off, and focus on dusting the top of the surfaces and furniture, the sides, and underneath of shelves. For the surfaces that are harder to reach, the use of dusters on extended arms will be beneficial, or you can tie microfiber clothes to the end of mops or brooms to reach tricky areas. Also, bedsheets are to be changed before you vacuum!
Wipe Mirrors and Glass
Use a damp microfiber cloth to clean the glass and mirror service, then a dry cloth after to clean the stains.
Disinfect worktops and surfaces
Go through your house, wiping down hard surfaces which can contain all the bacteria, door handles tv remotes, and phones. If you don’t have disinfectant wipes or surface cleaner, you can always make your own with apple cider vinegar and water mixture.
Focus on bathtubs, sinks, and toilets
Spraying your cleaning spray on your sinks, and tubs. Letting the spray sit for a while to let it dissolve the dirt and the stains. Then when you go back to the surfaces and can start scrubbing. Scrubbing the inside of the microwave and toilet seats is essential too.
